Shoshanna Rome, LMHC was born and raised in Japan and grew up in a multicultural and bilingual home. She received her masters of science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014, and continued on as a fellow at the University's Infant, Early Childhood, and Family Mental Health Capstone program. She has served families as a Doula before she became a therapist, and worked as a mental health counselor in community clinics, and as a mental health consultant for Tompkins County Family Court in upstate NY.
In her free time Shoshanna loves to tend to her vegetable garden, forage wild plants and mushrooms, spend time with her children, and take the occasional vacation abroad.
