Maternal Mental Health

Because you can be a mother and a whole person

Motherhood can be deeply meaningful—and deeply disorienting. You may love your children more than anything, yet still find yourself wondering who am I now? Many mothers reach a point where they’ve given so much of themselves that they no longer recognize what they need, what brings them joy, or what lights their spark.

I specialize in supporting mothers who are navigating these tender transitions—whether you’re adjusting to a new phase of motherhood, raising neurodivergent children, preparing for an empty nest, moving through a separation or divorce, or finding the right work-life balance. Together, we’ll explore how to care for yourself with the same compassion you offer everyone else.

In our work, you’ll find a safe, nonjudgmental space to reconnect with who you are beyond the roles you play, to rediscover your needs, and to create a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and peaceful—for you and your family. Because you deserve that, too.
